ACTIVITIES

Freezer Club
The Freezer Club is made up of moms who like to have homemade meals available in their freezer.  Each member of the group makes a main dish to feed a family of four (for example a casserole, lasagna, meatloaf or anything that freezes well).  Members make enough meals for the other members of the club and we meet once a month to exchange dishes.  It's a great way to try out new recipes and get a lot of cooking done at once.

Diner's Club
Our Diner's Club moms get together on an informal basis to try out new and interesting restaurants in the area.  These moms meet monthly and like to try out different cuisines and chat over dinner.

Book Club
The Book Club meets every other month. Book club members host at their homes, coffee shops or other venues. The host chooses the book and prepares questions to keep the discussion lively and interesting. We read fiction and non-fiction and choose from best-sellers to classics. Our membership is flexible, so join us when you can.

Scrapbook/Crafts Club

The Scrapbook/Crafts Club meets monthly to allow moms a chance to work on their scrapbooks or favorite crafts.  During the day - we meet at a member's home and arrange for a sitter or mother's helper to be available to help entertain the children while we work.  It's a great opportunity to chat and to get some work done.

Workout Buddy Club
The workout buddy club's coordinator pairs up individuals who are interested in different types of exercise.  Individuals can then meet together to motivate each other in their workout goals.

Golf Club
Interested moms can  practice their swing on the driving ranges and maybe even get in 9 holes together.

Helping Hands

The members of our Helping Hands Club make meals and baked goods for our moms who have just had babies, have family members who are very sick or who are in need of a pick-me-up.  This service is a wonderful way to let our members know they are cared about.

Buddy System

As new members join - we will pair them with existing members with similar interests and children of similar ages.  Our veteran members will contact their new 'buddies' to help share information on the club, answer any questions, and help them meet other Moms and feel comfortable coming to the activities.
