Welcome
to the MOMS Club of Ballwin-West! We
are a local chapter of the International MOMS Club, an international non-profit
organization which provides support for mothers who have chosen to stay home
full-time or part-time to raise their children. We understand the challenges and joys that
at-home moms face. Our chapter
provides support for moms living in Ballwin, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley,
and Ellisville (east of 340/Clarkson Road/Keifer
Creek. Road).
Some
things that make us special:
- We meet during the
day, when at-home mothers most need support!
- We believe being a
mother shouldn't isolate you, so mothers may bring their children with
them! We have a children’s room
with member volunteer babysitters (the children think they are at their
own club!) and at activities, having children present is considered a
natural part of life!
- The MOMS Club is a
nonprofit corporation and a 501 (C) (3) charity registered with the IRS!
- At-home mothers of
any age children are welcome!
The
things we offer:
- Monthly meetings
with entertaining speakers or lively discussions
- Weekly
child-friendly activities. Some
of our past activities have included: Kirkwood Pool, Chuck E. Cheese’s,
Central City Park, the St. Louis Zoo, the Science Center, the Magic
House, the play area at St. Louis Mills, Purina Farms, Grant's Farm,
Whittle Shortline RR, and many more
playgrounds and other attractions!

Out
- Moms Catering to
Moms providing meals for new moms
- Playgroups
- Hoot and Howl group
for moms with Husbands Out Of Town and Husbands Out Working Late
- Charity work - In the
past we have had a baby shower for Nurses for Newborns, and donated time
to Helping Hands Healing Hearts by sorting and organizing clothes for
children in foster care in the St.
Louis area.
We welcome visitors and would love for you to attend one monthly
meeting, and one of our activities before joining. When moms do join, they
should fill out membership information form and remit annual dues of $30.00.
