Welcome to the MOMS Club® of Augusta County East, VA
We are the Augusta County East branch of the International Moms Offering Moms Support Club (MOMS). The MOMS Club offers support, friendship, fun activities and informative meetings for at home mothers, full-time or part-time. This MOMS Chapter serves the following cities in Augusta County Virginia: Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, Grottoes, New Hope, Lyndhurst, Sherando, Crimora, and Hermitage. We now have Afton in our boundaries as well! Those who reside in Augusta County West and those searching for clubs in other areas may email [email protected] for further information.
The MOMS Club Activities include:
Monthly Meetings
with speakers and discussions that address topics of interest to women and
parents. It also offers an opportunity to meet and to get to know other
members.
Playgroups
for infants to school-age children.
Babysitting CO-OPS
where members help each other by swapping babysitting hours.
Helping Hands where members support other members in need such as difficult pregnancy, birth, death, hospital stay, surgery.
MNO (Moms
Night Out) where once a month the moms have an evening out especially
for them.
Fun
and Educational Activities
for members and their children in parks, museums, and members' homes.
Community Service Projects, especially those benefiting children.
Newsletter. A monthly newsletter is published.
