| -3 pkgs. cream cheese -1 carton sour cream (medium) -1 jar salsa (medium) -1 can tomatoes chopped (medium) -1 pack shredded cheddar -Chopped lettuce Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa (1/2 jar) and tomatoes with a mixer. Spread out in serving dish. Spread remaining salsa over spread. Top with light lettuce (if desired). Top with shredded cheese. Very simple and cheap--only takes about 10 minutes to make. |
