When he announced Cameron Mathison, he ran out videotaping the whole show. He was quite funny every once and a while running up to someone with his camera in their face.

Mathew St. Patrick and J. Eddie Peck showed up later after the Q&A had already began.
The Award Ceremony
Each year the All My Children Fan club has it's members vote just prior to the event about who should win the awards. Most of the stars who won an award, gave a sort of little acceptance speech. This was the point where it was very difficult to hear anything that Carol Dickson was announcing. So these are the winners to the best of my knowledge:
Best Storyline: Alex mystery and the Adam/Liza storyline
Best Couple: Ryan & Gillian, Hayley & Mateo, David & Erica,
and Stuart and Marion??
Supporting Actress: Gillian, Greenlee, and Hayley (again unsure)
Supporting Actor: David, Ryan
Best Newcomer: Leo (he was very cute but seemed unsure of
himself as he accepted his award.)
Best Villain: Vanessa (she was a hoot as she accepted her award)
Best Actor: David Canary and Michael Knight
Best Actress: Who else but Susan Lucci
