| There were many questions about how he could rectify the David and Dixie scenes where he proclaims he has never loved someone, when he had said these same things to Erica? Love is a 2 way street, is it not? David was willing to give it his all, but Erica had problems because of her own insecurities, which led her to back off long term. Both are control freaks. With Dixie, David sees a potential for himself as a whole person, a good man, Dixie is selfless and that right there is the difference. She does not play mind games with him. She is baseing this all on her false belief of Tad's infidelity. A few of those naysayers laughed and said "but do we know that he even had a fling with Leslie?" He rhetorically laughed, "Do we know??!!, Of course we do, What do you think it is a Showtime Special?" David does feel that this is the first time he has felt this way. He is not healthy though, very twisted. This is all based on the fact that he can't trust women since he had trusted his mother as a child, and she had her own infidelities, leading to his father's suicide. |

| Other AMC stuff: I remember Iris asking about how his room number at the Pine Valley Inn had changed from 906 to 907. He said he never noticed, he would have to ask the stage crew. Maybe they're renovating, yeah that's it. They usually only perform a scene one time. Sometimes someone will ask to redo a scene, but in hindsight they always see that the director was usually right that the first time was fine. He is sometimes a "perfectionist" about little details. They have recently had a lot of technical difficulties. Stopping and starting can be difficult when you put your all into a highly emotional scene, then to do it again becomes very draining. These should be airing in the next weeks. There is no direction as to certain gestures or those infamous smirks. Their characters are very personalized and he approaches the scene in relation to the situation, the relationship and intentions of the character. They are about 3 weeks ahead on taping. |

| Who does he have fun working with? Definitely Alex (Finola Hughes), David Canary, John Callahan almost always gets in trouble for laughing. He then told a funny story how he and Josh D were cracking up over one of his lines. A little background first, he had just finished watching a series on the Civil War. His line was "I have to be free to fight for Dixie" He proclaimed it several times, in a southern twang. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Other projects: He is still working on the story of the man incorrectly sent to prison, and has a production company for the deal, but someone? is unsure of which company they want to go with. He is working with the same company who just did "After the Storm" with Benjamin Bratt and Armand Assante. He is afraid that the company may lose interest as it is a timely story, based on clearing the inmate with DNA evidence. and it is airing right now on things such as Law & Order and NYPD Blue. |

| He is very excited about the upcoming events where he is going to be singing. June 10th at a cabaret for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and June 20th in Carnegie Hall for the American Red Cross. He is terrified, leaving his comfort zone, and now needs to prepare. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Vincent then had Bob C come up from Habitat for Humanity. He was laughing saying he had no idea what most of the questions were about. "Vince" He talked about the Pittsburgh branch which had been around for about 14 years and provided about 30 homes, averaging $40 - 60,000 per home. There are still over 250 families in need of homes. Vincent shared the story of how Habitat had made a difference in Sandtown, Baltimore, where the show "The Corner" was based on. Charlene then read a proclamation which had the City of Pittsburgh declared March 31st as "Habitat for Humanity" day. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| They then moved on to the Auction. Vincent spoke of how FOVI came to be, with the goal of supporting charitable organizations being very appealing to him. I have seen Vincent auction things before, and he always appears awkward, as though he is not worthy of the money. The short skit was the D&D spider scene which went to Inge for $60. I give Inge sooooo much credit, because I so wanted to do this but do not have the nerve. He then auctioned off a lunch with himself. Inge and Iris were bidding against each other. Iris was sitting next to me, and I could see that "auction fever" had hit her. She kept muttering under her breath, "OH my GOD" "Am I crazy" They eventually settled on Vincent giving each of them a lunch for $650 a piece. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Vincent read over the script for the skit (with his back to us), then went over to Mary Lou to ask questions about the direction of the scene. As he stood there you could picture him being a perfectionist at work about his scenes. Inge did an absolutely marvelous job! The CCF has skits each year, and this was by far one of the most entertaining ones I have ever seen. She did not appear to be nervous at all! You GO GIRL! |

| There were other silent auctions going on right before or after this. I wanted to bid on one of the Photographs. I bid on the Angel one and then realized I had bid against Sunny. She is tooo sweet for me to have bid against her. She actually came over to me to let me know she had bid again, but who would have the heart to bid again. I decided to bid for the other photograph which is "Florentine Watercolor - Italy 1988" so I will have to get it framed for my new dining room. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
