~Let me share my Spring with you!~
Spring...my most favorite time of the year!!! I live in Georgia. Here Spring has just sprung. Spring What A Beautiful Season Daffodils have just popped up their tiny heads. The tulips are ready to burst into colors of yellow, pink, or red. Tiny blooms are found on all the trees. The weather is warmer and the air a gentle breeze. People are out walking and jogging up the street. The children are laughing with hearts full of glee. We all know what time it is here. It's Spring...the most beautiful time of the year!!! Indeed, it is the time of year that everything feels brand new. The brown ground is slowly turning to green patches of grass. The trees are slowly getting their color too. The birds have just started building their nests among the branches. The rabbits have come out of their dens to play in the new grass. The days are mostly mild here...sometimes cool ...sometimes warm. It's time to open up the windows and let the fresh air in. Everyone here gets in the spring cleaning mood. We wash the windows so the sun can shine through. We have just cleaned and raked the straw out of our flower beds. The flowers are only tiny buds now, just waiting to burst into bloom. So much excitement and so much is new. That's why It's my most favorite time of the year. The season is here!! The wonderful season we all call Spring here in the South.

Easter Basket Ideas As a Christian, Easter is a very sacred and special time for us. I try to keep the true meaning in my heart ,because it's much more than Easter bunnies and eggs...although they just add to this special time. When I create Easter baskets for my (6) children...I go all out.I love to add lots of neat things. Here are some things I've placed in my children's baskets through the years. A Bible, bookmarks, storybooks, coloring books with crayons, tiny toys, jewelry, hairbows, tooth brushes(a must for all the candy eaters),stuffed bunnies, a cute summer outfit, sand toys, journals, little plastic eggs stuffed with tiny trinkets, stickers, sippy cups, pacifiers, bibs, rattles, teether toys, and more. I've used several kinds of baskets ,but I perfer to buy and stuff my own instead of buying those already made. I think it makes it more meaningful. For my baby's 1st Easter we had a tiny bear shaped basket filled with bibs, pacifiers, rattles, and teethers...it was really sweet. For his 2nd Easter we bought a tiny wagon and filled it full of toddler things like books and toys, etc. We also throw in tons of neat candy...all kinds of candy. I try to add candy they may have never tried. One year, I even bought candy molds and made my own chocolate bunnies, and white chocolate bunny suckers, etc to go in their baskets. Anything and everything that I think is neat, but yet only as much as a basket can hold.
