Vanishing twin is "a twin detected early in pregnancy that is miscarried, frequently by resorption, without clinical signs or symptoms."
We had Taylor with us for such a short time, but he/she is loved and missed. I was hurt, angry and sad when we learned that we would never get to meet this sweet little one.
I do take comfort that Taylor is not alone, nor is Blake: they are together until their mommy and daddy will be with them once again.
But what an imprint your footprints have left upon my heart.
