her mother's illness.(She is doing well, now)

The Mission statement was read. Minutes were approved.
Peggy read Dave Burn's endowment fund report.
Currently there is 597.00 in the fund Dave has been
passing out brochures in Brazile, Bloomingdale,
Rockville and Clinton. He is making arrangements for a
percentage of IGA sales to go to the fund, but those
arrangements are not yet complete.

17 people attended the Pine Hills walk and talk with
Rich Scott. Most credited newspaper articles for the
information. Thank you, Lisa. It was commented that
the Chronicles was very well written.

There were 25 people at the John Muir presentation
with David Denham. We enjoyed having his family with
us as well.
T-shirt silk screens were ordered with the President's
discretionary money. There is a picture of the
endowment fund picture on the back, enlarged, and our
logo on the shirt chest availab.e. We passed around
catalogues and Peggy took our orders. More can be
ordered.

The now annual Christmas party will be held on Dec.
17th at Dave and Peggy's house. Please bring a dish
and a wrapped white elephant gift from each person.

Alan Bruner will once again lead us on an eagle watch
January 15th, at 6.30 a.m. Meet at the Turkey Run
parking lot to carpool to the covered bridge near
Montezuma. We will watch the fly-over, check out the
golden eagle roost, drive to the river to see the
eagles once more and have lunch at a local restaurant.
If you couldn't come last year, it is an outing not to
be missed. Alan always shares his knowledge of
everything we see along the way!

Respectfully submitted, Jean Jamsa Sec.
