This fee is separate from the notary fee. We inform the constituent of the fee amount at the time service is requested. Loan Signing Fees : $80.00-$300.00 per loan package includes travel up to 40 miles round-trip. Second set of Documents $85.00 E-Docs/ Faxed Docs $ 1.00 per page Copies $25.00 per set *Extra Mileage: $1.50 per mile *Cancellations within 24 hrs of appt./No-Shows/Refusals to Sign: Full Fee Note: The base fee is set up on a contract basis. It includes all notary fees and travel up to 40 miles.
