This photograph was taken on the Timber Creek Overlook trail in the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park. I started this short hike with a light snow falling; by the end, the sun had begun to peek through the clouds. The clouds were constantly moving and it seemed that every few steps presented a new view of the surrounding mountains. This image really captures the drama of one of those views.
