Howdy! FINALLY, i'm POSTING LIVE! aHA! Sad to announce that my vacation has just been ruined, crane knows what i'm talking about, and so does the band if they're reading this. Heath, we're going to have a "talk" when I get home, ok? So the last three days of my disney world trip will be spent in sorrow and misery. but no troubles! I have FRED to keep me happy! but not if he keeps eating PENCILS! Ok, I'm really upset. For one thing: Heath, ok. you chose basketball over being in the band. What does basketball do? play basketball. what does the band do? praise GOD! So,let's use our brians here, shall we? what are we putting before God? basketball. What does the bible say to put before God? Nothing. you do the math. Another thing, I consider you one of my best friends. Best friends don't let each other down like that. I'm not saying we're not going to be friends anymore, but I'm feeling pretty smushed right now, and I;m sure Hannah and Kev are too. Do you know how many things I had to cancle to be in this band? and Hannah? We both had to turn down major roles in a play, I had to quit an orchestra, etc, etc...but that's not what's important. We really care about you, we love you, we did our best to make this band work, and it's as if you're totally disregarding all of that and dropping us by the side of the road like trash. you flushed us, heath. Now I'm still going to love you no matter what, not because you're nice, not because you were our drummer, not because you're "cool", but because you're my friend. And I don't give up on friends that easily whether they like it or not. So, heath, even though I feel like throwing a frying pan at you, you're still stuck with me as a friend for a long while to come. God bless you and your family, and I hope that I got some wrong information here. I hope this thing gets better, because, honestly, it can't get any worse.

Love to all who read.

AHA! MGM DAY! Well, I didn't make it into the hot seat this time on Millionaire, but I did get to sit in a fastest finger seat and I came in 4th in the overall audience scores (there are 482 people in the audience, so i didn't do too shabby ;-) things were good over at Tower of Terror, except i got stuck next to a really big fat guy wo was so rotund that the safety bar came up about 2 feet away from my lap, so i was pretty much floating in the air for the drops. fun, but just a tad unnerving at the same time. kind of like cow tipping. (as it turns out, on my last venture into the unknown ((kansas, november 2001)) i did NOT get a chance to go cow tipping, even though a large field of slumbering cows was right behind our cabin. Why? it was 15 degrees. Though tempting it was, (who wouldn't have fun pushing over sleeping cattle and then running away?) the temperature won. These things are so sad...well, i was planning on posting this tomorrow morning, but as it turns out, i'm going to a big pin trader's meet at The Contemporary. That's a hotel. Ok, for those of you who don't know what pin trading is, here goes nothing. Here at Disney, for their Millenium celebration, they came out with these pins. like lapel pins. A bunch of different ones. The purpose for them was for people to buy these lanyards and then buy the pins and put them on the lanyards. CMs (employees, remember?) were to wear these lanyards with pins too, and guests could trade with the CMs. The rule with that was, that the CMs HAD to trade whatever pin the guest wanted. And guests could also trade with each other. Now, they (disney) were planning on only having this for the Millenium Celebration, but since the guests enjoyed it so much (and plus they were raking in more money with this gig than anything else they had ever done) they kept it around, and now it's a craze. There are some people who have hundreds upon thousands (literally) of these pins! There are people (like me) who really took time in learning about pins, and can tell where a pin's from, how old it is, what its value is just by looking at it, and know what to look for, and they are the people who are really into the pin trading thing. I'm especially looking for Tokyo pins right now, (Disney has 2 themeparks in Japan: Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea) and they produce some really cool pins. Pins that are especially coveted after are those which were produced BEFORE the MC (millennium Cel.) started, I think i have about 9 or 10 of those, but...here wait brb let me find my pin bag. Ok I have 26 from Tokyo. I haven't got any from Disneyland Paris, because most of the ones that are allegedly from there (at least the ones you see on guests around here) are fakes, and really hard to tell of they're real or not. I've got one set of 5 pins that's going for about $900 online currently, and the price is going up constantly. (they were worth 500 in January, if that tells you anything.) There are only 10 sets of these pins, and they were given out to the first 10 guests at The Animal Kingdom Lodge. I stayed there in January (or may, i can't remember..no wait it was january.) I wasn't one of the first 10, but Norm (the grand Manager of the lodge) gave them to me because he thought i was nice lol, and it was his personal set that was to be on display somewhere. Talk about friendly...Well today i got some pretty nice ones. I'm looking for a particular pin, actually, there's a set of three pins from Tokyo. I already have on of them, and it's of donald dreaming of daisy. ahh yes how romantic..ok on to the good stuff, there are two others of Donald and Daisy and frankly, I have no idea what they look like, but since they say the same thing on the back I think I'll be able to find them when I see them. Ok well I'm off to play REAL solitaire, Ive completely given up on this computer.

10:13 PM-

Well if there was any doubt to the fact that it is possible to lose to yourself at solitaire poker (a game i have just made up out of sheer boredom), let it be known that it is quite possible. There is now speculation on whether or not it is actualy possible to win at all, or if the point of the game is to see how bad you can lose to yourself. I took a shower, and right before i rinsed my hair, the water pressure went waaaaaaay down and the water turned cold, which meant double the rinsing time and great discomfort. ah well...well, i'll be able to post tomorrow! yay! We're going to Chef Mickey's for breakfast, (it's located in the Contemporary) and then we're taking the monorail (it's like a high tech-ish train thing that runs on one rail like 50 feet on the ground. it's really fun lol) over to Epcot. (epcot stands for expiremental prototype community of tomorrow, but the more frequent guests such as i prefer to refer to is as "every person comes out tired" ha ha. And the CMs use it for "every paycheck comes out thursday" ha ha ha...somebody had a lot of time on their hands...) Can you beleive that kid who flew the airplane into the building? Ok. This kid couldn't even drive yet and he was completing FLIGHT SCHOOL! Ok. minimum age for flight school: i'm thinkin 18...or 21...one of those "legal" ages, because that's like letting a kid who just learned how to ride a bike drive a car. Stupid, stupid stupid. Yeah and it was right near us too, it was on the local news...we can't get very many channels in with just our little antenna, but we get about 3 local news stations and a spanish soap opera channel and a spanish news channel and a japanese...channel. Ever seen Japanese people dance? Now that's entertainment. ah, frasier is on...crud....the darn thing's playing in german. sheesh. HA HA...hey look it's hula dancers..(if you haven't noticed, I'm flipping channels.) I didn't know that guys hula danced! HA! look at em, the little fruitcakes...oh, well now i know what to bring derik home from disney world, don't you think he'd just love a little grass skirt? perhaps a pink one? er..ooooo no wait, my mom got a richard simmons video at a white elephant gift party...his hero! no wait...that was britney spears. We ate dinner at the Sci-Fi drive in tonight, great resturaunt. It looks like a drive in theatre, and you sit in these "cars" and eat while watching previews for old b and w movies like Frankenstein Meets The Space Monster and The Horror Of Party Beach...ha. it's great. For those of you who don't know, i'm a sci fi geek and i love those oldies...oh, and you should see Killer Klowns From Outer Space. It's where they take people and kill them and turn them into big cotton candy rolls..it's fantastic, if you just mute it the whole way through. stinky icky gooey potty mouth words. you know what? cold water is...uh....cold. Alright when i start saying things like that, it's time for me to go to bed. Sleep tight!

Molly January 7th, 2002- 7:56 PM

today was a good day. I took a shower at the bathhouse (no major injuries.) And then we headed off for the AK. (Animal Kingdom). It was a lovely day, as forcasted, until it started to rain, then another cold front moved through and the temperature dropped throughout the day. We started off the day by going over to Dinoland and riding Countdown To Extinction ( which is now called Dinosaur, but I like the other name better. so there.) Tomorrow is MGM day, my personal favorite park, where my three favorite attractions are located they are: Who wants to be a Millionaire: Play it!, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, and The Twighlight Zone Tower Of Terror. Millionaire is just like the show, except (obviously) Regis Philbin does not host it, and the cool thing is, every body plays along from their seats and has an equal chance at getting in the hotseat. (my mom got in the hotseat once) And on my birthday in November I got to sit in a fastest finger seat, you know, the ones on the floor around the hotseat, even though that doesn't get me any extra chances of getting in, it's just cool. you get seated first, and its so funny, people are walking by and wishing you luck and stuff lol. It's pretty fun. RNRC is awesome. it's the only roller coaster in DW that goes upside down, and at the beginning, it goes from 0 m.p.h. to 60 in less than 2 seconds. That's the best part. The theme of the ride is that you're taking a tour of this big recording place, and as it turns out, Aerosmith is having a recording session, so you go in and see them going over a newly recorded track. They're late for a concert but hate to leave all their fans behind, so they lend you a reaaaally fast limo, which also happens to be a roller coaster lol. So that's a good one. I beleive I already breifly described TOT, (tower of terror) but here's it in more detail. Alright so you're "checking in" to this old hotel, called the Hollywood Tower Hotel. The ledgend is that in 1939, some people were in the elevator when the hotel got struck by lightning, making the elevator corridors dissapear, and throwing the people into The Twighlight Zone. So to get to your "room" you go to the service elevator, but then get stuck in the twighlight zone and time repeats itself and the elevator drops when it gets to the 13th floor. It's actually a really nicely themed ride, I've been on it rough 2 million times ha ha. Ok well I'm going to get back to my movie now (toy story) and I hope to post this the day after tomorrow.

Aur revoir! ~Molly

January 6th, 2002- 10:04 PM

Today was much, much better. We got up (no injuries) and went over to MK, and pretty much stayed there all day. Splash Mountain is down for reps until February 8th, so we can forget that for this trip...the stuff we did today was Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of The Carribean, Alien Encounter, TTA, the Peter Pan ride, the train...yeah,, the usual stuff. Aside from that, we pretty much just walked around lol, exciting, exciting. Tomorrow we're doing Animal Kingdom i think, which means we're getting up early (blarg.) oh well. It rained today, but it was still a lot nicer temperature-wise than the previous days we've been here, about 75 degrees. I mean, i could wear a short-sleeved shirt (a nice change) but after the rain a cold front came through so we're going to be back in the 20s tomorrow. Out comes the ski jacket. Right now I'm watching (im in the camper) The Return Of The Jedi, listening to the little ewoks singing...er...chanting...whatever. it sounds like "looka looka looooba, looky dooky toodoo, sihy wishy shaaashy, oomdy woomdy poooo doo." this could be big...this kind of scary guy approached me today, he was wearing red converses and black pants with spikes coming down the side, (not like on me and kevin and hannah's belts, but like...SPIKES.) and a black jacket with pink stripes on it and spikes on the shoulders and his hair was black with purple tips and was almost as long as mine. he looked like he was straight out a a scene from Rocky Horror Picture Show. He walks up to be and says "groovy." I say "groovy.....what?" and says "groovy threads, dude" and walks off. then he turns around and says "especially the belt. i had one just like it except i wanted my spikes longer so i got a new one" and then he walked off. Ok...so the basic sum up of mister spiky pants is:

rocky horror + partridge family (groovy) = scary in both senses of the word.

alright, well i think it's time for my bed, er...bedtime.

sweet dreams to all those who read what i say, but not to everyone who...doesn't.

January 5th, 2002- 9:02 PM

Ok. Today was a bad day. It started out with last night, when i fell out of my bunk (the top one) and broke 2 toes. It gets better. So i limp over to the bathhouse to take a shower, and i have to wait like 20 minutes for a shower. I get in, and my shampoo falls on my broken toes. then the water goes completely cold, so I get out to see if any other showers are open, and i trip (on my broken toes) and hit my head on the door, then slid down and scraped my chin on the ground. so i finally get dried off and go to blowdry my hair, and the blowdryer falls on my broken toes. alright so i'm blowdrying my hair, and this lady starts yelling at me to stop. Here's our comversation.

Lady: STOP STOP STOP!

Me: what?

L: stop blowdrying, you idiot!

M: why?

L: can't you see i'm putting on my makeup?

M: yes i can see, but what i DON'T see is what that has to do with me blowdrying my hair.

L: it's BOTHERING ME! i CANNOT put on my makeup with you there BLOWDRYINg!

M: ok. i'm sorry it's bothering you, but i'm NOT going anywhere in this weather in wet hair, so I'm sorry if this bothers you, but i'm going to blowdry my hair now.

L: I'LL CALL SECURITY!

(by this time there are like 5 people watching) M: and what are they going to do, take me to jail for illegal use of a hairdryer?

L: they'll make you stop! THEY'LL MAKE YOU STOP!

M: ok lady, you go ahead and call, because i highly doubt they're going to do anything about it.

L: AHHHRRRRRRRRRG! I'M LEAVING!!!

so, that sounded like fun, didn't it? ha. ha. oh yeah, and tonight i was riding my bike up to the little general store, and my pants got caught in the bike chains, and i ran into a tree and fell off the road into a nice cold lake. oh yeah, i'm having a REALLLY good day.

January 3rd, 2002- 5:46 PM

Posted on January 5th

on the road again.........here i am, on my way to the happiest place on earth...no wait...that would be Disney LAND....ok. here i am on my way to the happiest place on earth that is NOT disney land. we're stopped at sonic to get dinner, and so i'm going to go get a soda from the trailer. be back in a few. it's been a few :-)

5:59 PM

okeedaykee. it's going to be like 10 degrees tonight at the place we're camping, wouldn't it be just dandy if it snowed? wow! that would be like so rad! lol. then I would see snow and kevin wouldn't! WOW! ha ha. (evil sinister laugh) MWAHA HA HA HA HA HA HA! ok. i'm a little tired so i'm a little...wired! lol. i just need to g o to bed, which i probably will in a little while, seeing as how it's only 6 o clock right now. Ok well i'm going to listen to a book on tape.......exCITING...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
JANUARY 4TH, 2002- 7:35 AM
fell asleep, lol. it's FREEZING! it's 22 degrees, and there is ice everywhere. Like it's hanging off of trees and electric poles and stuff. We're just now pulling into Mcdonalds for breakfast, we shoud be to disney in about 4 or 5 hours. we're going in to eat, brb.
8:05 AM
wow, we eat slow. Well we're off again. it's so cold (the temperature has dropped to somewhere around 16 degrees...) that i ache all over. not that i'm not enjoying it, it's just that...i'm not enjoying it. right around 40 suits me just fine, thank you. be back in a few, i'm too cold to type.
I hope to be able to post this tonight, but things don't seem to likely. Here, let me tell you the plan for the day: Whenever we get to Disney world we'll go to Fort Wilderness (this will be abbreviated as FW) and check in. once we find and get settled into our campsite, we'll go down to the lake, and take the boat to MK. (Magic Kingdom). Once we're there, we'll probably spend the rest of the day there, and then come home (not home literally, but the camper.) when the park closes. If it's not too cold and I'm not too tired, I'll probably take my laptop and phone jack and phone cord and stuff to the bus stop for my loop (campsites are on a loop, there are something like 30 loops in the whole campground. There are about 25 sites on a loop, and each two loops shares a bus stop. Disney world has their own bus system) i'll take the bus to the building where you check in, (it's called the...the...well i forgot so we'll call it the depot.) and when i get there, go inside, find an employee (disney emplyoees are called cast members, and i call them CMs) and find out where i can plug in my laptop, and then i can post! and i can get on and talk to all you people, so if you see me, IM me on either RumpleMolly or Happybasser777. you know how when your hands get really cold, it feels like your fingers are all crunchy and they're about to snap off? well i've got crunchy fingers. *sigh* well it's warming up a bit, now, thank goodness...i can already tell this is going to be the really, really boring part of the trip.. . .... .well i'm going to read a book (i got it for Christmas, it has information on every broadway show ever made).
9:00 AM
well, we just got out of wal mart, and mom's getting something from the trailer, we should be at Disney world at about 2 o clock this afternoon. brb, i have to get buckled...ok. LOL inside walmart i was looking at magazines, and this guy walks up. He's got a toothpick in his mouth, and he's flipping it over and over again so that it's straight up and down then lying flat. I smiled at him because i'm such a nice person, and he winked at me, then started doing this little head bobby thingy....i dunno it was kind of weird. then he said "howdy thar, you sweet little cactus flower" and I gave him a look like :what the heck?!: and then he accidentally bit down on the toothpick while it was straight up and down. LOL and i walked away laughing my head off...Ha ha, sweet little cactus flower? i'll have to remember that. HA! we've just entered "Turkeytown, FLorida" HA! brb, we're playing 20 questions. ohohhhhh boy. those of you who read my last trip report (i guess that's only you, hannah lol) will remember that we played roughly 2 million games of 20 questions throughout the three weeks that we were gone. Talk about "fun"....
10:15 AM
I'm listening to the cd that shane made me for Christmas (thanks shane! yes, sam, THE shane...) it's a mix of Christian punk music. it's actually really good, it's got a lot of The Huntingtons on there. graaaaavy. I feel like doing the llama dance, but i can't, seeing as how i'm strapped into a car and besides, there's no one here to do it with me! Ouch, i got a hangnail. phooey. Oh well. life is hard like that sometimes. if only there were more mashed potatoes in the world, perhaps things would be better...there's a slight chance that I'll be able to email this as soon as we get to FW, my dad has to take a shower so I might have time to ride my bike up to the depot and get online, but, knowing my dad, he'll take like a 2 minute shower so I can pretty much forget that. oh well.
10:54 AM
cool! you know how i have that calender of the cows all around new york that are painted? Well here in Ocala, they've got the same thing except they're horses! picture time!
11:49 AM
it's finally warm outside. I think it's about 45 or 50 outside, and it feels like heaven. We're just passing through a tollgate, which means we have roughly a half an hour to an hour left of traveling, so it should be about..hmm. 1:oo when we get to the park. Ok, I'm going to read some more, ta ta.
ok, i take that back. it's 1:45 PM BUT we're here! At fw! We're waiting to check in right now, and then we should be off to our campsite, then off to the parks! I've got to change clothes, i'm still in my pajamas with my jeans over them lol because it was so cold. I hope to post this tonight, and if not, I'll talk to you later! Bye!!!!
5:50 PM
Well, we went to Magic Kingdom, and came back to the camper to change into warmer stuff. Now we're off to MGM to see the osborne lights. Later~
9:57, PM
we just got back from Animal Kingdom Lodge, where we ate dinner. It was really good, since we were too tired to go to the nicer resturaunt (i don't know why, we just were) we went to their food court. but it was actually really good. I had a little cheese pizza which was surprisingly good. When we went to MGM we didn't have a whole lot of time untill the park closed, so me and my dad rode TOT (tower of terror, it's like this freaky hotel and when you ride the elevator it drops you 13 stories. like 6 times. prettttttttty darn fun.) and then we walked over to see the lights which were REALLY PRETTY! there are something like 7 million lights there (literally) but they gave out these like 3d glasses and when you put them on and looked at the lights, you saw little angels flying around them. prrrretty darn cool. Well, if things go as planned, I'll be able to get online in the morning. yeehaw....ok i'm really sleepy so i'll see you on the other side.
~molly
Okay. Whenever you see this: it means that that is where the trip report stops.
January 3rd, 2002: 1:57 PM
I'm about to leave to go to Disney world, finally...but the bad part is that i won't be able to post to you! right? WRONG! I'm bringing the laptop and the phone cord and i'll be posting to you LIVE FROM DISNEY! OK! this isn't really a big deal, it's just pretty cool. i'm a little weird about these sorts of things...i'll talk to you from orlando!
