11 kids aged 5-9 joined us at St Alban's for a Wee Bit O' Poetry & Drama.  It was great to have back most of our last summer campers with a few new ones in the mix.  The younger children wrote a great story with Adrian.  I worked with the older kids to write poetry around a summer theme.  Each kid was presented with a booklet with photos and their creative writing on the "informance" day.

They played drama games, created scenes, shared summer stories, acted out poetry, acted out songs, and starred in their very own music video to Bob Dylan's Forever Young.  They did us very proud when performing their very own poetry in our "WordPlays".  Everyone had a great laugh in "Daddy's Taking Us to the Zoo Tomorrow"!  Each kid left with a writing booklet, lovely (& cool as the kids called it!) T-Shirt with their photo on it, and will receive a DVD copy of "Forever Young".

We love our campers and hope they have a great school year!
