| How is a clock like the Bubonic Plague? The bubonic plague was also known as the black death. It killed millions of people throughout its history in Medieval times. It killed about 7,000 people in one day in some points in time. Clocks, in theory, kill people too. We only have a certain amount of time we live on this earth and our clocks show us how much time there is. In the Masque of Red death the clock kept ticking and every time it rang, people wold stop what they were doing and realize that there was one more hour closer to their death. Clocks, or time, are everywhere, we cant freeze time of go back in time, just like there was no cure for the Bubonic Plague or there was no way they could have solved that problem. |
