Here is a nice shot of the chimney inside of the cave. The chimney goes up about 10 or so feet. Matt climbed up it but only to find a few small hole which no one could fit through. |

A nice shot of some formations from inside of the cave. Beautiful formations covered the cave and most were unspoiled and pristine. Always a nice sight. |

Here is a picture of the Haystack(right) and a small part of the cave that had some debris. It appeared to be burnt wood, either that someone burned inside or some that got washed in somehow. |

This is the tunnel that went down into another room and then a long passage followed. You can see the rope that was already tied there to help people down. At the bottom of the rope, a bag and a bucket were found, evidence someone was trying to dig into a small hole on the right. We all tried to squeeze past this part, but none of us could make it. At first I thought my weight was the issue, but I believe none of us really tried as hard as we could have. Perhaps next year. |
