Spring Break of Winter Term 2003~
Ann Arbor- I stargazed a bit, I couldn't really take pictures without an camera adapter... hm jeff, chip in! On a stormy night, rau and I went out at 12am and made our first successful WHITE snowman, it's not dirty like some others... hehe~

New York City- My decision to go to new york is quite spontaneous, I just finished a final and phil called me telling me that he's going to new york, I bought tickets the next day. This trip would be worthless without Brian Wang and David Huang... they guided me around the city everyday~
Brian took me around on the "ghetto" subway, it's an old subway station abused by spray paint... and in some areas, there are even icicle sticks hanging above you. Other than that, it's a great transportation~
Natural Arts History Musuem & Empire State Building- First day! The mesuem just bores the crap outta me, watching 3 stories high toys... the view from Empire State Building was awesome, depite the coldness, you can see the whole manhattan island! Brian also brought me to 5th Avenue for a 7 dollar sandwich lunch, Time square (I distinquish shops between shops)

Intrepid Air and Space Musuem- wowwwwww, i actually spent 3 hours in this museum, kinda sad they don't have much space exploration stuff at all~ but oh wells, i got to see many airplanes that i only seen in books before, quite awesome (another dream came true). It's basically a very historically important aircraft carrier, USS Intrepid, parked next to New York, and there's a submarine and a cruise too, I went on the submarine, but didn't take any pictures since I am forbidden to.
Afterwards I went to ChinaTown (plain dirty) and Groundzero... there's nothing to take :(

Flushing, NY- Turns out to be another asian infested place, but it's much better than ChinaTown since it's cleaner and spacier. I even found a cool music CD store there. Oh well... so this is where Brian grew up...~ Lotsa lotsa chinese markets on the streets... food restaurants with 3 dollar meals everywhere... cool ay~

River Cruise and Columbia University- The ship took me around the southern part of the island, where i got to see the tall scapers of ny, statue of liberty... and a couple of bridges. omg, it's frigid cold on the outside deck of the ship~
After the River Cruise, I headed towards Columbia University to meet with david. I took a EconColumnStats Wutever 3001 level class with him up in 6th floor. The campus is small but vertically built. Later I got to play ball with little asian Columbians heheh, afterwards I was dragged to work for ITASA for 7 hours, but I earned a ITASA party ticket in return, 1 cup of gin & tonic, 1 cup of screw driver, then you start running into MIT Sonya Huang or UIUC Calvin Chen...... crazy~

Detriot Palace Stadium- Hehe my brother asked me if i want to watch a game in LA for 98 dollars... we decided not to, but later I am given another chance! 23 dollars to watch detroit piston spank houstan rocket's ass! The game ended with a horrible 10 pt margin, piston! I will not drive to Detroit ever
