| In this class we focused on developing training at a distance. We learned to apply the foundations of Instructional Systems Design. The class was supposed to give us the tools we needed to develop clear and effective curriculum. Unfortunately, what stuck out most for me was how disorganized our curriculum and assignments were laid out. At that time the instructors were still using a combination of their own syllabus, and the University of Phoenix Unimodule. It was kind of a mess, and I remember spending hours just trying to decipher when assignments were due. I thought at one time that the instructor purposely made the assignments confusing to show us a method in how NOT to design a curriculum. | |||||||||
