Ethnic markets are found in communities where specific groups of immigrants reside.  These markets are great resources for everyone in the community to obtain imported products of a different culture. 
Strawberry fields in Southern California employ many immigrant workers as well as other larger agricultural industries that supply fresh produce and fruits all over the nation.
This Vietnamese restaurant sit in an Asian market shopping center off of Holt Blvd. in the city of Pomona, Ca. 
Beef noodle soup is a popular dish at the restaurant
Prior to La Favorita Rancho Market was an Thai Supermarket, but due to the large Latin population in the area, the ownership was changed.  Korean owners bought the market from Thai owners and replaced it with a Latin flair.  Local Asian and Latin population both shop at this supermarket for its variety of seafood selection, fresh bakery and produce you won't find at ordinary markets. 
Thai Restaurant next to La Favorita Rancho Market.  Thai Ice Tea and stir fried fat Thai noodles are well known at the restaurant.
Alberto's, a 24 hr. Mexican chain restaurant in Southern California, well known to late snackers.
Independently owned Indian fast food in the "Village" at Claremont, Ca is popular among college students.  The owner works most shifts and is dedicated to providing accessible food from India: Spicy fried vegetables, Palak Panir (spinach with goat cheese), spicy curry, and milk desert drink (lassi).
Independently owned Chinese fast food restaurant is a necessary diet among the U.S. population.
