| You lay still in the snow your arms outspread as though you tried to fly You lay motionless completely dead your lips have turned to a lovely ice blue your skin, white like the snow beneath you You're so cold yet so lovely. You're heart has ceased, no last sigh. All life has been drained from you, all love lost as I stand in awe of your beauty and the part of life when we all simply die. |
