I did try to sleep late on Saturday and then
spent all day doing nothing apart from cleaning the house and going down
to Waitrose for a long overdue trip to the bottle bank.
I was very excited before the DJ gig, which
is strange given I do it every week! LOL But perhaps I felt so nervous
because it was in Sheffield and there were no planes to catch afterwards!
Anyway, George was on kind of early, at 12:30 already, and he was sooooo gorgeous!! He just looks more beautiful every time I see him!! (Some might beg to differ. But as Richard Thompson says: "But those who deny or say that I lie are the ones who never saw you.") They had this pedestal just in front of the DJ booth on which all the drunks were congregating, holding up their camera phones as usual. I was able to take some photos from there until the security people finally realised what a stupid idea it was and removed the pedestal! LOL
George recognized me and appreciated my
make-up. Paul wasn't there this time, but now I think I know who Frank is!
I later learned that the 3 of them had driven up in a bus, and had gone
back to London straight away after the gig!! That has put my mind at easy
however, because I was getting kind of hysterical about them being in
Sheffield and me not knowing where! I had nervous dreams all night and
then got up with a hangover (had to finish that bottle while posting my
photos on the forum) I went straight back online to read the latest
events.
Actually, as we speak (which we don't LOL)
the forum is falling to pieces... somuchmore has resigned. It's all
George's fault by the way for being --dunno -- a human being?! And Paul's
fault for being Satan's brood or something... We are officially on the
Dark Side now! |
Susan thinks I look intelligent... Poor Stuey, how must he be feeling right now?! He must be devastated! Why is it so hard to just forgive...? But some people are just so sad, you can't help them... |
