I have now watched "THE
DOCUMENTARY". Unfortunately not everything was taped so I still have
a couple of minutes to "look forward to".
What do I think of it? It's not coherent, it has no point, what are they
trying to show! It's more of a "Community Service" documentary. And that
it rained on day 2 must have been THE most exciting thing!
George is brilliant, he's always joking and cracking up. Those Portugal
scenes are great. My favourite quote from the docu so far is when they're
boarding the train at Paddington (TRAIN???? TO PORTUGAL?????) and he says:
"Is that the special media-friendly carriage?"
The
review in the Guardian was really vile.
What a load of bullshit! They are all so good in constructing a
psychological profile out of totally unconnected quotes.
Yeah, but who I am to
complain, I am deluded anyway. Here's the proof:
"THE ONLY PERSON WHO
DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING HERE IS YOU...OBVIOUSLY!
A TYPICAL FAN ATTITUDE....
I WILL NOT ANYLONGER REPLY TO ANY OF YOUR MESSAGES...SO DON'T WASTE YOUR
TIME AND MY TIME!"
I wonder why he is so
angry, I haven only written to him once and replied once. Have I maybe hit
a sore spot? So here's my attempt at constructing a psychological profile
out of a couple of posts (yes, I know who you are!
Woahaoahoooahoaoaohahahhh!):
A first-year student of
something he had to study because he didn't get into the Art or
Photography course he wanted. Now he spends his time pretending he's
oh-so-artistic.
In a bold moment I made
an account on the Karaoke Konnection forum. But it's no good.
Reading it makes my blood-pressure go up to unhealthy levels, and all my
posts will be bitchy and sad. So I wanted to delete it, but I can't! Oh
dear! I'm stuck with them now! Kristine says it's probably all a plot:
Once they get you they won't let you go! LOL
Sam is so great and mysterious, and yet so kind and
friendly, you can really feel that he's a genuinely nice person. He never
says a bad word about anybody and respects everybody's opinions. I think
it is SO important to respect other people's opinions. And it's so bad to
say nasty things about other people, especially other artists who sell a
lot more records. Being bitchy is so sad and wrong - I really don't see
how anybody could find it funny.
Music should really be about making your audience happy.
I'm so glad that Culture Club are going on tour soon! It will be a blast!
I've already booked myself into a long weekend at Butlins. Just imagine
the fun to be had with all the other families from Worksop! I want to be
able to take my little niece and my nan to a concert, and the new Culture
Club is just the right band to ensure that happy family atmosphere.
I hope I can get Sam's autograph when I'm there. It's SO
important to have a famous person write his name on a ticket stub, don't
you think?!
