To say that I'm overexcited about George's birthday this week would be an understatement. I'm positively chuffed. I'm always like this, each year, which is funny because I usually couldn't care less about anniversaries, and birthdays in particular. Well, I don't care much about my own birthday next week.
So, as usual, my house looks like somebody has died because I have roses all over the place, and some other nice flowers for good measure. And 46 roses definitely do not fit into one of the puny pint glasses that I use as a vases, so I had to split them across several. I'm also running out of surface space to put the vases on. Ah, lovely! Very silly.
Everything is cleaned and scrubbed, all videos are posted and all emails sent. Just in time, too, because: MY INTERNET IS DOWN!!! The whole telephone network has broken down, so I'm CUT OFF completely! WORST CASE SCENARIO!!!! Who knows when I will be able to post this blog. Shit.
I called BT last night (on the mobile, of course) and they made me crawl around the whole house unplugging phone devices and unscrewing boxes, until they detected a fault on the incoming line. Apparently it will be fixed by tomorrow, but I doubt it. My line is still dead, and being without internet is doing my head in! WHY?! WHY NOW?!
Yesterday I had planned to see Yusuf in the Showroom. Would have been awfully convenient because the place is only 2 minutes from the office, but I didn't get tickets!! I didn't even know the Showroom sold tickets in advance, doh! Well, never mind. I guess I didn't try hard enough.

it is raining really hard. How very dare they!
Tomorrow afternoon I have a dentist appointment, so I have to leave the
office for a couple of hours and race around town. I also have client
calls until 7PM, so I will be home late. But without internet, there's
nothing to do at home anyway! LOL
Oh, by the way: My mum has found my MySpace profile! So I am officially EASY to find. She asked if everybody writes so many private things. I guess not! LOL
