Quote of the day:
"Geht ja doch recht flott mit Workflow."
Hanno
21:00  A new week, a new game, in the new office. Yesterday Stephen stayed over, so I had no time to post. Not much happened anyway. We had Sunday lunch at the Devonshire Cat as usual and read the papers. I made the mistake of mentioning the mouse to Stephen and he freaked out completely. I did mention some other real problems, but to no avail. He only calmed down after we had hiked all the way to the B&Q to buy a Self-Setting Multi-Mouse Trap With Reusable Bait. But so far, we haven't caught any rodents.

Today was relatively calm, the Bulletins didn't arrive (yet). I should be organizing about 2 zillion handovers but can't get off my arse...
Amanda asked which hotel Ines and I would prefer in Seattle: One with kitchenette in the town centre, or one without kitchen really close to Getty. We eventually opted for the closer one. A Marriott! :-) It will be like on holidays!
We'll have to take company laptops for network security reasons... Great. So I'll have to log this around as well.

Amanda said it was a pity that I'd be gone for 2 weeks because she wants to send somebody to Frankfurt to RS Components to give them SDLX training. It can't wait. Couldn't I go this week?
Oops! Even more urgency to get a move on with my handovers...!

Tomorrow at 9:30 AM I'll have my phone interview with Chris B. This is not to be taken as any indication of how my test went. So early.. yawn. I wonder what he'll ask? I have re-read my CV and thought about some stuff to say, but he'll probably throw me with some totally irrelevant question.

It's a bit tedious on the forum at the moment. Everybody is bickering again like they're being paid for it! I guess people are overexcited and showing off, because George has posted. Quite childish, really, ALL of them! :-D

On some Italian newsgroup somebody announced a DJ gig in Mantova for March 4th. I hope it will be confirmed soon! I could take 1-2 days off and go with Stephen! However, he wasn't very happy about the prospect: Of course not -- it's a change!

Good thing of the day:
Nicole has had a baby boy on Friday!
Russell had already forgotten the name, but we think he's called Elias.
Picture of the day:

A press photo I hadn't seen before...
