01 December 2005
Good thing of the day:
The Spanish christmas holidays are finally approved.
(Was that it for today?! :-)
11:00  José María's test apparently looks "promising"... I hope he passes -- and accepts.

18:00  Went to Body Attack and again! Hurrah.

19:00  I've got a slight scratchy feeling in my throat. Hope it's not another cold. Maybe it's from wearing the night guard (which otherwise seems to work fine)?

22:00  I've called Vera, who incidentally was very busy preparing her next day at school... I spent 1 hour researching Human Rights texts on Google trying to find an article that she could use in her class's English exams tomorrow... poor kids! :-)

23:00  The Madonna "Let Me Tell You A Secret" documentary is completely boring. Totally "engineered". I don't see her humanity, but she's trying hard... strange woman.

Excellent article about panda bears:
They only eat bamboo sprouts which basically means they are destroying their own livelihood by exterminating the plants they live on. Bamboo sprouts also contain high levels of hydrocyanic acid, which panda's funnily enough do not tolerate very well. They end up being lethargic and ill most of their time! And they don't breed. Apparently they used to be carnivores about 8 million years ago, but then evolution 'decided' to let them feed solely on poisonous bamboo...
Looks like they are trying to become extinct. So why don't we let them be?

Quote of the day:
"That's an interesting point, in the sense of not being interesting at all."
