Mohan,

Here are my comments:

Areas of Improvement:
-------------------------------

1. Improve the analysing skill. Practise to look into detail of anything.
This is directly propotional to your lack of concentration.
2. Perfection in delivery (Quality, testing, self reviews) -
You have improved in this area when compared to before,
but still there is some room for improvement.
3. Manage your time effectively,
so that you can be more productive and provide a high quality output - When you do this,
you can work on one task at a time and improve your concentration on that work.
4. Can improve on communication -
 	a. Slow down your talk
 	b. Pre-think and list the points you are going to talk about.
 	c. Do not show your emotions when you talk.
	d. Present your conversation in a way that does not demoralize the opponent or
that does not force the opponent to think that your are not listening to him or
that does make the conversation as an argument.

Strengths:
---------------

1. Technically very good and keeps yourself up-todate on what happens in the industry.
2. Does not hesitate to take up any new task that requires exploration and works on that with very good commitment.
3. Takes intiative in identifying the practices to improve the technical knowledge of the team and Aspire.
4. Self Analysis is Good.

The above list does not stop here, I have made a note of the things that came to my mind readily as I thought about you.

Over all comment:
--------------------------

You are a perfect lead for an R&D team. I suggest Aspire to create an R&D team and make you as a lead. So that you can learn the tactics of management and develop your leadership potential.

Let's discuss on the above often, once you have devised your action plan and started implementing it.
