Features:-
The unit consists of three parts:-
a- the upper part is a feeder for grains or fertilizers , where it is fed from
a shooter
or belt conveyor
b- the middle part which has four electronic scales can be adapted from 25 kg
to 85 kg and is fed with grains or fertilizers from the above
feeder.
c- the lower part which contains two stitching machines (or welding machines
for plastic bags) optional.
and two wooden belts each runs to one side of the bagging machine
carrying
the full stitched bag out of the machine.
The Bagging machine comes with two rubber belts to receive the bags
from the two wooden belts to be placed on the supported transportation.
The lower section is mounted on four wheels two of which are designed
for free maneuvering.Our systems provide
operational flexibility giving fast return on capital investment on site
movement and site to site transportation means that up to 120 tons of bulk
delivered or stockpiled materials can be bagged each hour, at the right time,
in the right place.

-The bagging plant is an electro-pneumatically
controlled machine which automatically and successively draws material from
storage, weighs, discharges the material automatically.

-The bagging system consists of two containers, the
top one houses material hoppers, scales, compressor and control panel.
The lower one contains the discharge cults, bag
holders, sewing machines and conveyors.
