The Seller (breeder), Faye A Jones, and the Buyer, __________________, hereby agree as follows:
1.� The Seller and Buyer agree to the following price of $_____________, for purchase of,

2.�_____A. Limited AKC Registration - never to be used for breeding purposes, and to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.
� � _____B. Full AKC Registration - the puppy appears to be of breeding/show quality at the time of purchase. The Buyer agrees that things can happen as a puppy grows that may disqualify him/her from a show career. The breeder does not guarantee that the pup purchased will be successful in a breeding/show program. Full AKC registration gives the buyer the right to breed/show the puppy purchased when it would become of breeding/show age. The breeder does recommend that when the puppy becomes of breeding age that a Licensed Veterinarian examine it to be assured the dog would be of good health to whelp or sire puppies.
_____C. Without AKC Registration - This puppy is being sold without AKC Registration. Buyer agrees that this Puppy will not be registered with any Known Pet Breeders Registry, such as CKC, APRI, or any other registries of the sort.
3.�Unless this puppy was sold without registration papers, the Seller has registered the puppy with AKC and will provide registration papers to the Buyer.� If the registration application was not supplied at the time of purchase, it will be mailed as soon as the seller receives them.
4. The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health as of the date of sale. Buyer has 72 hours after obtaining the puppy, to have it examined by a licensed Veterinarian. If the Veterinarian diagnoses the dog ill and the Buyer wishes to return it to Seller, Buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours with written proof of illness by Veterinarian and immediately return the dog to Seller in the same condition as received.
Under these circumstances, Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Seller is not responsible for any veterinary treatment and/or fees unless Seller authorizes treatment in advance, in writing.
5.� The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including following a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, a good quality diet, and a clean, safe environment.
6. If at any time throughout the life of the dog you, as the Buyer find you cannot keep it, you agree to give the Seller first rights of refusal.
7. Should Buyer choose to break any portions of the above agreement, The Seller will consider the remainder of this agreement Null and Void.
Buyer and Seller agree that this contract is under Jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, in the County of Washtenaw. It is agreed the place of venue shall be in Washtenaw County, Michigan. This Contract may not be altered or changed in any way unless agreed to in writing by both Buyer and Seller.
