Jim's the new babe of the group. We know drummers can be the most reckless, (though very hard to think of about this blokey) so we keep them young...before they rebel too much.
Glad to have found this guy, and is most happy sat in the corner, with a smoke in his hand, and watch the world go by.
Multi-talented, this guy play the guitar as well so doesn't actually get impatient when the rest of us have concentratng to do.
