| Both chassis legs were removed,and measurements taken from center Xmember,A brace was welded in across front the bumper mounts to stop it flexing apart |
| Engine and box removed.first thought was these pedals have to go aswell and the weak looking chassis |

| New chassis in place, A copy of the the steering rack mount was made and welded 30mm back from original just to ensure alignment before removing that panel too Me grinning "Its looking Good so far" |

| Most of the cutting out was done with a small hand held plasma cutter bought in the UK from Machine Mart, they are a good machine for this type of work although an angle grinder is still just as handy. |
