| Gathers information on various charities, places a charity with a specific event or specific dollar amount. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Receives all applications for participation, schedules applicants for events. Assists Secretary in scheduling venues. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
