Scott about himself: Hi! I'm Scott Moffatt. I'm the oldest member of the Moffatts. My job is to play lead and acoustic guitar and sing lead vocals and harmonies. I've been playing guitar since I was six, when I bought my first guitar, a Fender, from the money I earnt after making a TV commercial for Tomy toys.
I'm really creative and started writing songs when I was around seven - I've written over hundred now! Apart from music I like art (but I hate drawing portraits), and I really enjoy poetry. Nirvana, The Beatles and Radiohead are some of my favourite groups, but I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to music. I suppose I'm quite an independant person - my brothers call me bossy, althouhg I think I'm kinda shy. Sometimes I get a bit insecure and I'm very sensitive - unfortunately. Oh, and I also talk in my sleep - well, that's what Bob tells me 'cos I usually share a room with him when we're touring! If there's one thing I absolutely hate it's when people chew their food in my ears, but apart from that, I'm pretty cool about everything. |

| Frank Moffatt about Scott: Scott is very shy, he gets a lot of flack that he doesn't deserve. People think he is mean, but they are totally wrong. He is just too shy to get up and start a conversation with someone he doens't know. Scott wants his music to be what he likes, not what people want to hear, he wants to make musiv for himself. |

| Sheila Moffatt about Scott: Scott is a perfectionist when it comes to music. And he's very opinionated...when it comes to music. Especially his opinion! (laughs) And Scott's very soft....um....very tender inside. |

Bob Moffatt about Scott: Scott's very creative and if he's not thinking of new song ideas then he's writing poems. He's sensitive and if we say something he's done is not right he'll get very upset - I think it's hilarious! Scott and Clint are the most timid. At a club Scott'll be the last one to start dancing. It'll usually be me first, then Clint. Dave will be dancing by himself somewhere over the other side of the room. Sometimes Scott tries to boss us around too much, but he's our older brother so he takes care of us. |
