This is adapted from an applet by Chris Thornborrow (Silicon Graphics (UK) ). I made speed improvements, and added the ability to look at the landscape from different sides (including birds-eye-view).
To select the applet, left click the mouse on the image. To change orientation, use the left and right arrow keys. To change to and from an overhead view, use the up and down arrow keys. To generate a new landscape, right click on the image.
