| The Service Block has a gross area of 844 m2, and will serve as the central plant room for convenient access, maintenance and monitoring for the Dubai Municipality. The building will contain all the major equipment including transformers, main switchgear, chiller units, domestic water and fire-fighting water pumps, etc. The printing room and facilities will also be housed within the service block. |
