Another Rock 'n' Roll Soul infused Henshaw number with a SKA/REGGAE twist. The straight rock 'n' roller builds up into a crescendo of bobbing bass lines, off-beat guitar chords and impulsive chanting about Bob Marley and Donuts.

Matt: Dunno what happened 'ere?!?! Complimentary to our new found experimentalism, this is the result, i dunno, we just thought we do so many styles of music yet we don't do any reggae, so Chris just started this rhythm and we just jammed along with it and and decided to stick it on the end of one of my songs and it's marvellous. Although it sounds more like bluebeat ska to me, but when we're singin' all that 'Jammin' crap it kinda throws you off course a bit. I can't be doin' with fuckin' Bob Marley anyway, give me The Skatalites or The Specials any day.

Nathan: I think the way we came 'bout this was very Beatley. Started off with a song from Henshaw, lead to me and the others altering parts, then, randomly, we added reggae to the end! The funny thing is, when the 'whole' song has done, people forget the rock 'n' roll, and just think of the reggae!

Chris: It's Proper Mega! The end reveals talents in reggae beyond belief. I like me donuts wijamin!
