The Model T Festival committee has the right to refuse applications. Your money will be refunded if your application is refused. Food Vendors: If you do not include all items that you intend to sell on this application, you will be removed from the festival and your money will not be refunded. We do not duplicate main food items - fries and sodas are not considered main food items. Certain retail items will not be duplication, please call for details. No alcohol allowed. Spaces are limited. First come, first served. Eight food vendors will be accepted for the 2009 festival. There will be no parking on the grass near the gazebo - NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendors may load and unload from Dana Avenue then park outside the festival area. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense. Application and fully payment must be returned to P.O. Box 162, Olar, S.C. 29843. Applications returned directly to the Olar Town Hall will be rejected. Signed applications and full payment must be received by September 30, 2009. Hours of the festival are 9:00 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. For additioanl information, please call Brenna Hancock at (803) 383-1795 or email [email protected].
