Gelderse Tramwegen
(Fleischmann conversions)
Basic original Magic Train diesel, with Wrightlines coach on Roco HO-bogies
OO-scale Bachmann diesel was the basis for this freelance cabless engine
This is a Magic Train Stainz, with just a paint-job and some extra handrails / buffer...
German type Railcar, made by Frans Wissel of our local club. It runs on a Roco HO railbus-chassis that now fits under both...
Left (bathtubmodel) is totally scatchbuilt, both other coaches are English resin kits. Most figures are whitemetal English products.
This African type engine was scratchbuilt by Richard Wiltshire from our twin-club in the UK. It was a very special gift during a visit of the Shrewsbury modellers to Zutphen (Holland) The crew is special too !
Two of the Industrial diesels I use. They are Wrightlines Kits (Kay Butler) and are powered by Tenshodo spuds. Most of the time I run these as a pair to avoid pick-up problems. Not all of the track is perfect !!!
Skips are from various sources
and I use the containers and the frames in different combinations. The rusty effect was done with Carr's weatheringspowders in combination with wet paint.
Left: Pietje, started life as a Dapol Pug. I added the leftover cab from one of the Magic Train engines (the tramloco) It's a funny little model.
The tram on the right is a paintjob on a Lehman toy. They cost about a pound, but with a Tenshodo motorbogie...
I advertise for the National Narrow Gauge Museum on the sides.
ENGLISH STOCK:
The latest additions are mostly English prototypes, as I am now thinking about a UK- or Welch layout. Until then, I run this stock on Watkijk.
After all, it is a museum ...
The Simplex is again a Wrightlines kit on a Tenshodo Spud. The factoryplate was etched for me from a photo I took of an original simplex engine on the Ffestinniogg.
'Ffestinniogg-coaches' are resin kits and Peco kitparts
