1. Age is determined by the date of entry. If your birthday is at the end of the month, you may compete in the next division.
2.All Judges decisions are final! NO REFUNDS!
3. Cash Awards will be awarded the same way your payment was recieved (paypal, money order, or check)
4. You must have a QUEEN title to advance to next level of competition. PRINCESS titles do not advance.
5. Please allow 4-6 weeks for prize delivery.
