Hi;
Let me start by saying thank you for replying and doing the interview.
Ok now into the questions:

When did your company open it's doors???

We started business in April, 1981

How long have you sold Amiga products???

We started selling Amiga products about 4 months before the Intro. of the
A500. I think it was around late 1987

What products have you sold and what's new???

That's a difficult question in terms of what we sold and do sell. We
basically fully support the Amiga market by selling all software and
hardware made for it no matter where it is produced. This means we import
many products from countries like Germany, Italy, Poland, England, Norway,
France and other countries.

I think last year or so you started selling windows hardware and software why was this???
Only where it applies to the Amiga. We sell PCs but if you look closely at
our web site you will see they DO NOT include windows. They are simply a
platform to run Amiga emulators on. Eventually they will be a platform to
run the Amiga DE once fully developed.

As for PC software we sell only emulator software or Video applications as
many of our toaster people also own and use PCs for Video Editing.

What are your thoughts on the Amiga De???

I would call it reserved excitement as we have talked to Amiga and know
many of its great features and the tremendous amount of potential
applications that it could be used with. Of course it is a bit behind
schedule so we do not want to get too excited before it is closer to being
available. OS 4 coming early next year should give us a preview into Amiga
DE and be the building block for future versions leading up to the Amiga DE
release.

What hardware support do you think is needed to kick start the new Amiga???

I know plans were made to use standard, readily available PC products as
well as developing new hardware such as the Bplan board for use with the
new Amiga software. All this is a moot point until the actual software
comes out. I do think it is important to continue the idea of bringing out
an OS that will work on all platforms and have broad developer support.
Then, specific hardware can be tailor made to bring out the best features
of the new OS.

What would you like to see as far as software and hardware for the Amiga???

We would love to see many large PC developers like Symantec, Electronic
Arts, Eidos, Sierra and others develop software for the new Amiga DE. Once
this happens I know there are millions of people familiar with Amiga or
have used it before that would love to come back to the new state of the
art Amiga DE.

Do you think that old Amiga owner's should try to support the current hardware/software???

There are some good companies out there doing Amiga products and some that
are very hard to deal with. Some companies go months without shipping and
never replacing defective items. We try to carry products from everyone and
support the companies that can really make a difference with supporting and
bringing out new products.

What is your wish list for the Amiga(hardware and software)????

Completion of the Amiga DE with about 100 new software applications at
launch time and eventual a custom set of PC hardware to take advantage of
all the special features

Do you use Amigas in your store & if so for what???(if not why not???)

Yes for Video and editing and for editing pictures for our web site
We use PCs for our accounting software and inventory system because there
was no support for any of the old Amiga Apps for this and we could not take
the risk of having problems without support

Being one of the oldest supporters of the Amiga has Amiga inc. tried to help you(by promos)etc???

We have heard very little from Amiga Inc. recently. We keep in touch with
their progress and they have promised to inform us as new developments occur.

Do you think the new Amiga will put the Amiga name back on the map???

It has all the potential to happen if Amiga Inc. fulfills their business
plan it will happen. This is why we will continue to support the platform
and the great customers who still use their Amiga everyday for home, school
and work.
