| AUGUST 21, 2002 - StunGun has a show this Friday, August 23 at Alvins in Detroit. Come out and check it out! The Dollrods are also playing that night..should be another rock'n night! Thanks to all that came out to Tonya and my show at the Voodoo Lounge last week. I put up a couple of pictures from that night and more to come...It was a fun night! Check out the Tonya & Eva page. | October 4, 2002 - I got a call from Dave yesterday telling me that Tony Goia , singer for Fine Bone China, passed away. Fine Bone China were playing the MGD gig they won in Bermuda. I couldn't believe that another fun, full of life musican had passed away til I got on the Detroit music board..and sure enough it is true. I've posted a few pictures I had from our last gig with FBC at the Royal Oak Theatre last year. Please click..Friends2Page... God Bless you Tony.. |
| October 20, 2003 Hi to everyone. It's been a long while since I've been on here to update. Quite frankly it's been a trying year. My main reason in relocating to Vegas was to be with my mom who had been fighting Breast Cancer for the past few years. We thought she was doing well..and she was for a while until June..her health started failing and it was so awful to see her loseing her strength day by day..and nothing we could do could change that..until she lost her battle on August 8, 2003. Losing your mother is one of the worst events you'll go through in life. I have to say that I've been in a surreal world for the whole month of August and just now getting back into reality. Seeing death is the worst thing in the world, but seeing your mother going through it is completely unbearable and really plays tricks on your mind and the reality that we all know of day-to-day life ..as we go hum drumming along every day...we are all one day closer to death. So what is life? and what is death? we know where your body goes after death but, where does your spirit go ..the "you" that makes up the body and makes the decisions, that has the talent to do so many things?? Where does that "you" go? When it's time to go, nothing on this earth will stop it...not praying to God, not healing mind energy, not your will to live...my mom wanted to live so much...nothing stops death. What about birth..no one can remember anything before and no one knows anything...so many people have walked this earth and no one knows anything. It's really amazing.......I have learned from my mom's death...Family and love are the most important in life...do you have family and love? all the "things" in the world will not make you happy. Life is short and you are writing the book of your own story day-to-day. Will you be happy and proud of your story at the end? Don't forget to sign my guest book or drop me an email! |
