Mark Bracken is a vocalist, guitarist and songwriter known for his infusion of poetry into music. He performs with a trio consisting of two acoustic guitars and hand percussion on Vancouver Island and the lower mainland. His group goes by the name " Spoken Word ". Mark has had a successful recording career in the last 10 years producing 8 CD's selling over 200,000 copies worldwide.
Poetry and Music was originally developed by the ancient Greeks where the readers and singers of poetry always had a group of musicians performing with them.
