The ADS is attempting to create a unified solar system government of equals by bringing everyone under their control. Anyone who is under ADS control is given a representative in the government. This means, even if an area loses a war, they'll be able to be represented in the parliament. The ADS is mostly a fair system, however its quite obvious that there are puppets pulling some strings inside of this alliance.
Titan wants to be apart of the ADS while Luna wants there to be a unified Sera alliance. Luna's government however, does not want to join the ADS as they wish to be able to govern themselves without Earth interfering. Titan does receive ADS aid however when fighting on the front against Luna. In return, Titan sends resources to the ADS. These resources are often attacked by pirates and other warring bodies.
Australia wants to remain free and be able to rule itself appropriately. They fight to stay out of EUC and ADS control. Africa is allied with the EUC in a deal to avoid being controlled unfairly by the EUC. They'll routinely send assistance through any means necessary.
All of Roma is unified against the ADS and EUC threat, however they fight amongst each other in land disputes. These are relatively minor and mostly diplomatic. A lot of the battles are dealt with in space, as intruders often do not reach the planets surface.
The EUC wants to control the entire solar system and rule it with an iron fist. They're a communist nation that is trying to preach their equality. However, at home everyone is suffering under the system, the people are kept in line by fear.
Starhawk Industries (SI) - A leader in military equipment, is a provider of many quality products, but mainly takes on Earth related products. They highly favor ADS over EUC but supply to both. ("This company favors quality over quantity, Its parts are sold to the most elite of militaries and organizations, but this performance has a price." - All parts cost 30% more than at General War Store, but General War Store's stats are also improved 10%.)
Ares Incorporated (AI) - Main provider for Venus warpowers. They specialize in advanced computing.
Mars Defense Systems (MDS) - Main provider for Mars warpowers. They favor Luna however, and have a very lengthy contract with Luna.
Viking Conglomerate (VC) - A general war company that fills in a lot of the gaps for the General War Company.
Straylight Industries (SLI) - Provides mainly to the colonies only, however does a lot of deals with Earth's forces.
