1) No drugs of any nature, with the exception of prescribed medication, will be permitted in the possession of anyone attending the convention.
2) No alcohol will be consumed at any time during convention, beginning at the time of arrival until final departure. The Circle K International alcohol policy will be strictly enforced.
3) The convention curfew is 1:00 a.m. All attendees are expected to be in rooms and quiet after this time. Loud noises and conduct unbecoming a member of Circle K will not be tolerated.
4) Room assignments or changes may only be made by the District Administrator or Assistant Administrator(s).
5) Pending a decision by the District Board and administrators, misconduct on the part of any attendee may result in disciplinary actions, including expulsion from the convention. No refunds will be made in this case. Attendees will respect the authority of the sergeant-at-arms, administrative staff, and other responsible adults at all times.
6) No smoking will be allowed in the hotels meeting rooms or lobby. Smoking is prohibited in all sessions and forums. Those wishing to smoke must do so in designated areas only.
7) All attendees are expected to participate in each session and forum. Appropriate dress is expected of all attendees for the general sessions and forums. Professional dress is expected at meal functions.
8) Hotel rules and regulations will be enforced.
9) Possession of club material other than yours will be frowned upon.
1) The following shall be dais (head table) guests at the discretion of the Governor and Administrator(s): Members of the District Board of Officers, any International officer present, the Kiwanis District Governor and Governor-Elect, Key Club District Governor, the master of ceremonies, and any guest speakers. This is a list of suggestions and may be altered by deletions or additions depending upon available seating.
2) Spouses of dais quests shall be seated next to their spouse. Whenever possible, said spouses shall not be seated at the end of the dais.
3) Past Governors and International officers from the District shall be seated at a reserved table near the dais. Special mention and recognition shall be made of these individuals and any Kiwanians present.
1) The alcohol policy contained within the Circle K International Policy Code shall be strictly enforced.
2) The District Board and administrators shall take immediate action upon any violation of the alcohol policy. Any violations that are improperly handled is subject to review by the International Board.
