. I was acting there as a group leader and engaged for maintain the RS Logix PLC systems. The PLC Vendor is- Allen-Bradley. Type= 1756-L1 controlLogix 5550 controller. We used Rs-Logix 5000 software with the controller.

.Handled Daniel Gas Metering systems with the Senior Orifice and Turbo-2522 gas flow computer. I worked there with Omni 6000, 3000 Gas & condy measurement flow computer systems. Maintained Welker

Gas sampling systems (GSS-4 & GS-1).

. Transmitters- K-Tek Level transmitter, Endress-Hauser Radar type level transmitters, Rosemount pressure, level, Flow, temperature transmitters, Rosemount IP converter.

.Maintained different types of solenoid valves like ASCO Read Hat Valve, Lucifer etc.

. Also maintained Fisher control valves, different types of Fisher regulator

.Maintained Glycol dehydration systems. The dehydration system is using TEG (Try ethylene glycol). The TEG are using for remove water vapours from incoming sweet Gas.

. I worked on Sullair Rotary screw type Air compressor. ES-8 series. Airtek compressed air dryer systems. Model-TW 75-6000, maintained clark-Detroit Firewater pumps (model-JU4H-UF-40) and its accessories like cutler Hammer pump controllers etc.

. Maintained Chemguard pressure proportioning systems for Foam injection to condy Tank in emergency situation.

. I was also maintaining budget and spare parts Requisition for Instrument department. Maintained calibration sequence of different types of test equipment. Maintained hydraulic control systems for Wellhead.

. I have written PM Tasks and made PM scheduled for all Instruments. Last Oct-2008 visited Chevron Offshore Plant which is SATUN Offshore Gas Plant. I worked there for a month. I completed training on PWS, SWP, BBS & how to make Hazard analysis form before starting a work. Also trained on (MOC) management of change. I used to make plan for the daily works and attend permit meeting for discuss about the job Plan. Maintained log for work history.
