The preschool at First Christian Church is designed to foster social and
intellectual growth as well as coordination in a developmentally appropriate
program. Our program features 2 teachers per 12 students, consecutive class
days, an air-conditioned/heated gym, and well-supervised playgrounds. Class
days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 am to 12:00 noon. We offer
classes for 2-5 year olds. Our mission is to provide an environment which
enhances physical, emotional and social growth at appropriate developmental
levels. Our goal is to guide children in a whole language based program which
develops awareness of basic concepts of language, mathematics and the sciences
through process-oriented activities.
