Junior League of Bell County operates Second Hand Rose, a resale shop offering
quality men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes. Household goods and
furniture are also available. The store is the major fundraiser of the Junior
League. Proceeds are used to fund the projects of JLBCwhich are dedicated to
