  1. Each group member needs to read the pages assigned and complete their own set of Cornell Notes.
  2. As a Group, I want you to find a second resource on the internet about the topic you are reading about. If you have two topics, I want you to find two resources, one for each.
  3. Using the book and the second resource, create a PowerPoint presentation about your topic. If you have two topics, include both in one PowerPoint.

  • Organize your folder on the computer. Create 13 new folders (named Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc...). For each Chapter, make sure your files are named appropriately (Ch1Discussion, Ch2Questions, Ch3Vocab ... for example). Place the files in the appropriate folder.
  • Reset ALL desktop settings on your computer (background, screensaver).
  • Delete anything on the computer that was not already there and is unrelated to this class.
  • Notebook Check (tomorrow) - with everything from Chapter 1-13 and all Quizzes

If you're not sure where to start, draw a sketch of what you would like your main page to look like. Make sure to include everything listed for that page on the Website specifications for the class you choose. You may also want to start looking for websites (tutorials etc...) that you will eventually link to. If you find something you like, add it to your "favorites" so you don't have to search for it again. Continue working on your introductory paragraph. Make sure you address all the case study questions, in your own words, in the intro. Once you have completed your intro, begin working on your supporting paragraphs.

Explore geocities some, as it has some webpage templates you may want to consider using. It also has other features you should take a few minutes to look at.
