Oh I've done some writing lately, but all for school. Today, I decided to write "A note about notes," a short memo to my composition students to tell them about how I respond to their writing and how to read those notes online.  I've been doing a little power point presentation on the same topic about the time each semester that students get the first paper returned, and I hope this works as a nice companion piece.

I'm looking forward to getting the semester in swing, so I can get back to writing that Eddie Pacer/dog story and submitting more work. Today I had to miss the first day for my TH classes because of a car issue. But I'm still trying to think positively.

"Concurrences, Part I" has been published at Contemporary Rhyme. There is even audio of me reading, which was exciting when I did it, but less thrilling now. This is probably because I'm already tired of hearing my own voice this week. But so it goes.
