Not much writing the past couple days. I wrote 732 words yesterday on the Eddie Pacer dog story. Can't decide whether or not to kill off the dog.

A couple rejections have come my way. Now that I am submitting something most every day, I guess I've come to expect a rejection in each day's e-mail. Have sent a couple things out. Not feeling very motivated today, but that probably has more to do with me going back to the paying job tomorrow and less about writing.

Finished reading Walter Mosely's adolescent lit novel and started Mary Karr's Viper's Rum. Guess I need to get back to the blogging (on Monk Notes).
