I am an Observant Jew and follow Halacha, I am very happy that you wrote this web page. Unfortunately, many Jews are drifting from Judaism in this modern world full of temptations. I hope your web sight has helped some Jews to make an appropriate decision. The most important thing that we must do for other Jews is to teach them what they have not had the opportunity to learn about their religion, then they can make a decision of their own- but they have the right to know the information from a religious perspective. I hope that many Jews have learned about tattooing in Jewish law, but even more-so I hope they have become interested in Judaism and have begun a deeper search for Jewish spirituality.
