A Broken Heart

I have a tattoo. I got it when I was around 23 years old. I didn't
know then what the Bible said about getting one. It breaks my heart now
when I look at it. Thankfully, no one else can see it as long as I keep
my shirt on, which I always do. I have checked into getting it removed,
but it is so expensive, and would leave a big ugly scar. What can I do
about it?
Thanks for writing. The biblical prohibition against tattoos refers only to Jews. If you are a Gentile,
there is nothing wrong with tattoos. If you are a Jew, you are not required to have the tattoo removed.
Hope this helps.
